  • 1 lb Polska kielbasa, whole or sliced into 3-inch pieces

  • 1 tbsp mustard (for serving)
  • 1 cup sauerkraut (optional, for serving)

For Pan-Fried Polska Kielbasa with Onions & Peppers:

  • 1 lb Polska kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For Polska Kielbasa & Potatoes in the Oven:

  • 1 lb Polska kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or marjoram

Instructions

1️⃣ Grilled Polska Kielbasa

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  2. Brush kielbasa with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until slightly charred and heated through.
  4. Serve with mustard and sauerkraut.

2️⃣ Pan-Fried Polska Kielbasa with Onions & Peppers

  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  5. Serve hot with toasted bread or over rice.

3️⃣ Roasted Polska Kielbasa & Potatoes in the Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
